An interesting ‘hidden in plain sight’ secret is that everybody has flaws. I once knew a man who could write the best story you have ever read in five minutes, but the moment you asked him to email it to he would just look back at you with a puzzled face. A person with degrees in change management training and P3o training will undoubtedly have an advantage over someone without. One may point out exceptions – people who manage to succeed in life with neither P3o training nor change management training – but they are a small minority.
