Msp training or member success program is a teaching program for new BNI members. The Business Networking Organization is actually registered as Business Referral Organization in Connecticut. The premise of the organization is to promote reciprocal business transactions between businesses. Msp training teaches new members on techniques to use in giving 60 minute and ten minute talks. New MSP members are also trained in how to get other businesses to recommend them and on ways to make meetings livelier.

The college prepares students to become certified as Project Management professionals. Prince2 training is the official registry used by the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom. Boston University Education Affiliate has the coursework material that a student must master in order to get certified in project management, careers that begin at over 100,000 dollars yearly salary.

Mor training is continuing education that employers of certified Project Management professionals expect their employees to take. Mor is additional training in management and accessing the advisability of taking risk. Therefore Mor training is also risk management training.
