The Galt Computer Company was growing by leaps and bounds. Having been in business only a few short years everyone in the industry was amazed at how well they were doing. The Galt Computer Company had been built on the idea that the education of their employees was key to the company’s success. When the Galt Computer Company first started they made sure that every employee had received Cisco Training as well as CCNA Training even before their first day of work. The Galt Computer Company had not only required Cisco Training and CCNA Training for managers and executives but also required them to have a Cisco Certification. The Galt computer company believed that each manager should have their Cisco Certification if they were going to be great leaders. Often times these managers were able to use their Cisco Certification skills while working at Galt Computer Company when they were required to perform Cisco Training and CCNA Training for new employees. Because the Galt Computer Company had decided early on to address these concerns they were able to rapidly grow their business from scratch to a multi-million dollar corporation in just a few short years. Now that the Galt Computer Company was well established the board of directors though it was time to take their ideas one step further and require all employees to obtain their Cisco Certification. The Galt Computer Company believed that by doing this they would have one of the most educated and powerful workforces in the tech sector.
