Giving Chocolates for gifts and special occasions is an old tradition, which everyone on the receiving end enjoys.
Chocolate truffles are most normally made with a chocolate center that is coated in chocolate, or sprinkled with cocoa powder. They are usually round, but are found in other shapes and sizes also.
